The selected candidate must be able to work effectively with Integrated Product Teams (IPT)s with demonstrated ability to interact with globally dispersed users, customers, suppliers, functions, and senior leadership while promoting partner integration within existing EADGE-T efforts. Preferred individual will be a self-motivated, quick learner with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Accountable for overall engineering technical, cost and schedule performance on specific products teams. Provides primary Engineering & Technology interface with Program Management (PM) Office/Customer for all programmatic items on a specific product teams. Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues. Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs. Tracks Estimated time to Complete/Earned Value Management (ETC/EVM) Metrics to monitor program performance and identify technical or Tech Ops staffing risks, while managing cost/schedule. Ensures requirements baseline in documents, tracked, maintained, and verified. Provides timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements. Works with Resource Control Board to ensure GRID is up to date. Works closely with first and second line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinates with the PM office and first line managers on proposed engineering staffing changes prior to changes. Works with PM to ensure organizational standard processes are adapted, approved and followed. Leverages proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry

Basic Qualifications
• Ability to write and review Statements of Work (SOW)
• Ability to work bid & proposals
• Ability to work with programs to implement new and complex solutions that are cost effective while remaining compliant to customer requirements
• Strong multiple team / integrated team leadership skills
• Ability to work through complex problems successfully
• Ability to present to customers, leadership (internal and external), and peers
• Experience in managing project or organization budgets, or acting as a CAM
• Excellent customer and company interface background
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and drive towards a system design to meet requirements
• Ability to make good decisions with limited data
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Must have Microsoft office skills
