This is a full-time position located at Cape Canaveral Florida supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM). This position is for the program integration role for the Program Office with Propulsion, Structures, Ordnance, Controls (PSOC). The candidate will be expected to support development and production execution witin affected areas for the Program Office. The candidate will be expected to review proposals, support negotiations, and serve as the Program Office interface with PSOC. The candidate will help with project risk identification and mitigation strategy development. The candidate will be expected to provide leadership & direction for the Program Office in affected areas. The candidate will be expected to integrate internally within Lockheed Martin and externally with the government funding and technical customers and associate contractors.

The candidate may be responsible for integrating a geographically diverse team. Travel or TDY to Sunnyvale, California will be expected

*Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role
*This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience
Experience leading projects, teams, and development efforts
Experience with product life cycle (development, deployment, retirement)
*Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role
*This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

Desired skills
FBM experience would be highly desirable.
Experience with risk and opportunity identification and mitigation
Subcontract management experience
Experience in proposal development and customer negotiation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project).
Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.
Able to effectively manage change
