Job Details

The selected candidate will be the responsible Control Account Manager (CAM) for F-35 Electro-Optical (EO) / Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) team supplier subcontracts. The selected candidate will be required to perform monthly Earned Value tasks on the supplier control accounts. Specific responsibilities associated with this position will include; maintaining the integrity of the control account budget baseline in the financial toolset, establishing and distributing cost segregation guidelines to track authorized tasks, analysis of affected control accounts, including conducting root cause analysis, development of variance analysis and review and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs). The successful candidate will use a wide range of business management skills including a knowledge of Earned Value concepts and implementing these across a large program, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will support the submittal of Technical Statements of Work (TSOW) and their associated Basis of Estimates (BOE's)

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have a Final Clearance prior to starting

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Business or Computer Science.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Management and manipulation of data using Microsoft Excel
- Experience successfully briefing different levels of Management

Desired skills
- Experience using Primavera (P6)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Project.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Completion of CAM101 or Earned Value Training
- Hands-on experience with MS Project
- Hands-on experience with cost segregation systems (SAP)
- Hands-on experience with financial management toolsets (CostView, Wingsight, etc.)
- Good communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented
- JSF Program clearance
