The selected candidate for this position will provide project leadership in support of Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering, Technology and Operations (CETO) Mission Development and Integration (MDI) organization. Candidate will be the primary CETO point of contact for managing the ‘LM Portfolio’ which consists of multiple cross-corporate projects at multiple classification levels. Candidate will be responsible for interfacing directly with senior government officials within the DoD and Intelligence Communities. Candidate will help establish an LM Program Review Group (LMPRG) to ensure collaborative and effective Joint and cross-domain program leadership and management, and report measureable results, utility, and benefits to OSD and Service leadership. Updates will be provided quarterly to the LM CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This will require close partnership with Lockheed Martin Government Affairs to facilitate engagements with key U.S. Government operational stakeholders.

The candidate will support the development of the Corporate Technology Strategy and provide inputs for Independent Research and Development (IRAD) project developments. This requires the candidate to accumulate, review, analyze, and present data results concerning IC and DOD research development planning cycles in support of CETO and Business Area (BA) executive leadership directives. The selected candidate shall support strategy, customer mission needs/assessment, mission analysis, and integration to support the implementation and refresh of Lockheed Martin’s technology strategy. Requires close coordination with Corporate Strategy, Technology Strategy and Innovation, Global Research and Development, and the Lockheed Martin Business Areas. Participate in and lead short to long-term assignments working amongst a cross-functional team to derive and deliver insights. Partner with corporate-wide operations analysis, strategy & business development, and government affairs to build breadth and depth on the customer environment, priorities, and drivers for customer needs. Coordinate and integrate across the corporation to support Corporate and Business Area leadership. Engage and shape thought leadership

Basic Qualifications
• Familiar with the operational environment of the Intelligence Community and DoD
• Experience managing personnel and interacting with senior U.S. Government leadership
• Experienced with inter-agency coordination and collaboration
• Project / Program Management experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively amongst cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex matters into digestible insights up to an executive level audience

Desired skills
• Knowledge of national and international security priorities and decision making processes
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to build consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to respond to quickly shifting internal priorities
• TS/SCI and Special Access Program clearances
