•Job roles include Systems Engineering, Technical Subcontract Management support and Project Engineering Support for the Anomaly and Failure Resolution System (AFRS) and Off-Board Prognostics and Health Management (OBPHM) capabilities on the F-35 Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) team.

•This position is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of all Offboard PHM (OBPHM) software and data products in ALIS. This includes the authoring, development, and delivery of the Anomaly and Failure Resolution System (AFRS) Knowledge Base (KB) data product. This includes the development and delivery of the Nuisance Fault List (NFL) data product. This includes development and delivery of the Mission Essential Functions List (MEFL) data product package. This includes OBPHM software development.

•Systems Engineering tasks include requirements management; systems integration and verification oversight; interacting with team members to produce effective solutions to Action Requests from the field; developing metrics and reports from program data; determining problem areas from analysis of the data trends and developing solutions to those problems; and definition of future developments/changes to improve the OBPHM and AFRS products.

•Project Engineering support tasks include supporting the proposal process; project planning; developing Basis of Estimates (BOE); conducting risk analysis; providing proposal support and preparation of material cost estimating; cost management; schedule management; risk and opportunity management; and customer interface.

•Software tasks may include creation, maintenance, and administration of PC based software applications and databases to collect, parse, archive, and analyze F-35 recorded data. Individuals will be required to develop and maintain associated software documentation including software requirements specifications, software design specifications, and procedures according to the level and detail required by each project

•Technical Subcontract Management support tasks include coordination and monitoring of subcontractor RFPs, SOWs, deliverables, schedule, and products including defining and tracking supplier data requirements (SDRLs) through acceptance; resolving supplier performance issues; resolving internal programmatic issues that may affect supplier performance; and resolving accounts payable / invoicing issues. Also includes interfacing with, and providing the proper documentation to Subcontract Management and ensuring timely completion and issuing of Purchase Orders to suppliers

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications
•Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and health management systems
•Systems or Software engineering experience
•Engineering/Technical degree or equivalent experience

Desired skills
•Experience with aircraft sustainment and logistics information systems
•Systems engineering experience
•Software engineering experience
•Proficiency/Experience with C++ or C# , object-oriented analysis and design, and Microsoft Visual Studio
•Experience with MATLAB, SQL, Java, Python, and Visual Basic

•System integration verification and deployment experience
•Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or diagnostic engineering and capability development and sustainment for advanced military aircraft
•F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) understanding, familiarity, and experience
•Technical understanding and familiarity with the Anomaly and Failure Resolution System (AFRS) and Off-Board Prognostics and Health Management (OBPHM) architectures, the internal function of the systems, and ALIS internal and external interfaces.
•Project engineering and project management experience
•Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding and familiarity
•Technical Subcontract Management experience
•Technical problem solving skills, strong analytical skills
•Proposal writing and BOE experience
•Complex software development understanding / experience
•Familiarity with F-35 organization structure and functions
