This position requires a Polygraph clearance and strong acquisition strategy, planning, analysis and execution experience, as well as proven leadership experience in the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience developing Acquisitions Plans, documentation for agency review boards, Request for Proposals (RFP), and Source Selection Plans.  The ideal candidate will have previous government Contract Officer experience, whereby they developed acquisitions strategies, including alternative strategy recommendations, provided expert procurement analysis, defined acquisition policy, and conducted high value source selections.


 



 












Minimum Qualifications:
Polygraph clearance and Bachelors Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering and 10 years of related experience including 2 years of leadership experience. The candidate will demonstrate an ability to foster relationship development. The candidate demonstrates ability to and guides others towardthe proper balance of a) product depth with timeliness and b) technical improvements with programmatic constraints, even when hard compromises are required. The candidate is recognized by senior management as a thought leader.
