The National Cyber Range (NCR) Event Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is responsible for managing the resourcing (staff, hardware, space, etc.) across cyber test events in order to ensure success across all range activities. The selected candidate will work closely with NCR Event Leads and Event Designers to track event status, provide guidance to teams on critical issues, and remove impediments to team success; track CDRL status and ensure on-time delivery of all event CDRLs; provide NCR leadership with appropriate status. In addition, the NCR Event EPM will be responsible for managing the team manpower plan and internal range hardware resource schedule; working with finance to generate event budgets and establishing event work packages; scheduling and coordinating cyber security evaluation team resources as required for events. Finally, the NCR EPM will be responsible for working closely with the NCR Program Manager and the Customer to schedule range activities, support Customer status meetings, and will be the “owner” of all aspect associated with executing NCR events

Basic Qualifications
* Technical team leadership, e.g., IPT, I&T, or similar experience
* Experience interfacing with customers and program management
* Demonstrated experience in managing the development, implementation, and performance of hardware/software/IT development projects
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers and management
* Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance

* Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
* Systems Engineering experience
* Experience briefing or presenting technical program information to customers and stakeholders
* Proven experience leading team members, mentoring, coaching, and identifying training/development plans
* CAM Certification
