The Radar Systems Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Assist multi-functional integration product development team in radar system/subsystem design, development, modeling, simulation, integration and test.
- Work closely with a team to establish a solid technical baseline through tradeoffs and design-to-cost techniques. - Develop system models and system performance simulations to support system design trade studies and system specifications.
- May participate in laboratory or field data collection, and subsequent analysis and evaluation of test data

Basic Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent. - Demonstrated potential to work in a team environment on one or more of the following areas: analysis, requirements development, design, modeling, simulation, integration, test.
- Experience with hardware architectures and algorithm development for a range of system/subsystem applications.
-Ability to obtain Secret Level security clearance is required

Desired skills
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
- Proficient in the use of C/C++ and Matlab.
- Familiarity with design tools and environments for radar systems and subsystems.
- Desire to learn and develop system architecture skills.
- Able to work independently or as a member of a team. Evidence of team leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
