Assist multi-functional integration product development team in
a radar system/subsystem design, development, modeling,
simulation, integration and test. Work closely with a team to
establish a solid technical baseline through tradeoffs and design to-
cost techniques. Implement radar algorithms into radar
simulation. Generate test procedures and execute procedures
Conduct performance analysis. May participate in field
demonstration and test, and subsequent analysis and evaluation
of test data

Basic Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent; MS preferred. Demonstrated
potential to work in a team environment on one or more of the
following areas: analysis, requirements development, design,
modeling, simulation, integration, test. Familiarity with design
tools and environments for radar systems and subsystems
Familiarity with computer architectures and algorithm
development for a range of system/subsystem applications. Familiarity with solid state radar design and testing. Must be familiar with Agile development and testing processes
Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must
be able to obtain & maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a secret clearance requires US citizenship. An interim secret security clearance is required prior to start

Desired skills
Able to work independently or as a member of a team. Previous experience in one or more Aegis Combat System (ACS) or Aegis Weapon System (AWS) elements, optimally SPY Radar. Experience in integration, testing, and post-mission data analysis. Experience using proprietary and non-proprietary Desktop Testing, analysis and modeling & simulation tools (TCE, ATRT, SSTRESS, DataShark) and techniques as part of verification and validation cycle. Familiarity with solid-state and/or advanced radar/antenna technologies
Master's degree preferred
