The Manufacturing Engineering Lead will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Development Program Manager and directly support the Chief Engineer and Program Manager for the CRH Program.

The Manufacturing Engineering Lead is responsible for the execution and planning of all technical aspects for manufacturing engineering on the program.

The Manufacturing Engineer Lead role includes oversight management of the following Manufacturing Engineering organizations: Avionics/Electrical, Aerostructures, Dynamics, Blades, Tooling and Final assembly and Flight Operations.

The Manufacturing Engineering Lead will be responsible for overall Manufacturing Engineering aspects occurring on the program including; design support and producibility, coordination of all Manufacturing Readiness initiatives/Risk Management, and as applicable, tooling concepts, tool design and fabrication, process planning, aircraft build support, ground test and flight test support, supplier technical management, program planning and support, such as customer meetings, major design reviews, technical milestone reviews and program manufacturing readiness reviews

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of rotorcraft experience spanning manufacturing engineering, quality systems and program management. Supplier development and project management is preferred

• Strong leadership skills, be a motivated self-starter, have good technical problem-solving ability, good interpersonal skills, and be comfortable operating in an IPT environment (matrix organization).

• Candidate shall be capable of working both independently and as part of a matrix organization
