This position is for the Manager, Manufacturing Test Engineering (MTE) team for the Fort Worth F-35 Production Operations Acceptance Test Facility (ATF). In addition to Management of the Fort Worth ATF Team and Site, this position will provide Test Engineering Support to the Italy and Japan FACO ATFs for their Production Test. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Short & long term personnel and resource planning to support program requirements; development & maintenance of test processes and procedures; test equipment design, development, calibration, maintenance and repair; test preparation, performance and post-test operations in support of daily production/delivery operations requirements; support customer, program and sr management reviews. Leadership duties will also include: selection and hiring of staff, development & training, performance evaluations & merit, career planning, personnel & hardware safety. This Manager will also work with external organizations to de-conflict request for non-production support to ensure Production needs (Fort Worth, Italy, and Japan) are prioritized with no impact to them and that budget and personnel are in-place prior to making new or on-going commitments. Ability to rotate shifts and some OT are standard to this role

Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance with program special access

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Project
- Experience with 5th Generation Aircraft

Desired skills
Experience in developing and presenting program management level briefings
Knowledge of LO Finishes and Processes and working knowledge of – RF / LO principles, test equipment, test performance and data assessment
Project Management, CAM, EVM
Familiarity with F35 ATF Operations
International Business / Business Development experience
Strategic Planning / Vision
Sub-Contract management experience
Facility Maintenance and Operations experience
F35 Aircraft movement and lifting operations
Lean / 6 sigma
Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership Behavior
Effective communications (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with planning/problem-solving expertise
