Maintenance Electrical Engineer
  • Review project instructions and blue prints to ascertain specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem, and possible solutions, such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement  of parts or subassemblies.
  • Research and analyze data, such as design or application.
  • Plan and direct maintenance personnel in maintenance and fabrication of equipment systems and repairs and development of methods and procedures for testing systems.
  • Direct and coordinate maintenance and installation activities to ensure equipment and systems conform to engineering design and specifications.
  • Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
  • Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
  • Oversee the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
  • Train and instruct their maintenance staff in specialized areas.
  • Assist their maintenance staff in the performance of their duties.
  • Serve as project managers for various capital and expense maintenance projects.
  • Provide facilities value engineering services.
  • Perform all other duties as required*




Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Five years experience in facility based maintenance or plant engineering.
  • Equipment Types - Electrical Systems, Power Systems, PLC Systems, Life Safety Systems, HVAC Systems, Computer Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Mechanical Systems.
