Job Details

Support development and transition of Low Observable materials technologies for Advanced Development Programs. Work within existing Integrated Product Teams (IPTS) to develop requirements, conduct analysis of new designs, work with other organizations and outside companies to fabricate designs, and test resultant performance. Assist with proposal activities and and presentations for internal and external customers. Applicant selected will be subject to a government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

***Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.***

Basic Qualifications
-Experience writing proposals
-Experience with program management
-Experience obtaining funding for new projects
-Experience working with supply chain and development and procurement
-Experience with Low Observable Materials(LOM) and definition, material manufacture, and testing

Desired skills
- Experience managing LM Internal Research and Development (IRAD) or Contracted Research and Development Programs (CRAD)
- Understanding of quality control requirements for materials manufacture
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab)
