The University of Virginia School of Engineering and Applied Science seeks candidates for a full-time Lecturer position in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) for the spring 2018 semester.

 

The University of Virginia School of Engineering and Applied Science seeks candidates for a full-time Lecturer position in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) for the spring 2018 semester. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and dedicated educator with knowledge and skills in the areas of electronics, circuits, signals and systems, and computer engineering. Responsibilities include teaching lecture and laboratory courses, including studio-style courses.

Responsibilities may include delivering courses online. The ability to run undergraduate laboratories is essential. Candidates must possess an earned Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or a related field, and at least two years of experience teaching at the college level is strongly preferred.
