This Lead Systems Integration Engineering position for Refrigeration will be responsible for working with customers to develop new applications from a system level perspective. As a Lead Systems Integration Engineer, candidates will be responsible for working with the full refrigeration or air conditioning system including the thermodynamic components, mechanical systems such as tubing, mounting, and connectors, controls, and electrical systems. In addition, the position will require extensive interaction with customers to define the requirements, develop the new system architecture, and bring the project to a point of execution into a production solution.

  • Engineering innovative system solutions leveraging mechanical and electrical devices
  • Working directly with customers to determine system needs
  • Develop proof of concept systems to demonstrate capabilities to customers
  • Perform system testing to determine existing and new system performance
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to take concepts and move toward production solutions
  • Provide system technical leadership to other engineers
Additional Information
  • Travel: 20%


  • Candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with systems integration
  • A four (4) year engineering degree in mechanical or electrical or similar engineering degree 
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fundamental understanding of electronic control IO and algorithms
  • Experience with system refrigeration or air conditioning testing
  • Stationary refrigeration system experience or mobile HVAC experience
  • Experience with PLC integration
  • Prior experience with customer interaction
