Join the MITRE team at Hampton Roads using your analytical skills to make a difference and influence how the United States Army engages to defeat near peer threats. This work requires a highly collaborative individual that is comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders up to and including General Officers.


Required Qualifications:


  • The candidate must have strong Systems Engineering and Analytic Skills with a focus on one or more of the following areas: Model Based Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Experimentation, and Prototyping.

  • Posses an active secret clearance

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in systems engineering or related discipline

  • Domain knowledge in the areas of Joint and Army Concepts, Doctrine, Force Structure, and Capability Development Processes is desired.

  • Experience in the areas of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Cyber, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Space capabilities is also helpful.

  • Possess an active TS/SCI clearance.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical,  Computer or Systems Engineering or similar field and 8 years related experience.
