Come join the MITRE team in Colorado Springs, CO.  We are seeking motivated candidates that want to provide software development support to various P430 programs when they are not hiking, skiing, bicycling, or running in the beautiful Colorado Outdoors.


 


This role will provide an opportunity for a technical contributor in the area of software development to work on our nations most challenging problems. A particular emphasis will be on geospatial information systems and/or application real time embedded and high performance computing technologies. 


The team is looking for a candidate with demonstrated leadership skills and experience working across the services and IC in the CYBER domain.













Preferred Qualifications:



MS in Computer Science or related field.




3 years related experience in Software Defined Radio, CUDA development.


3 years related experience with FPGA, digital and analog development tools, advanced signal processing, geolocation algorithms, and system design.


Related experience with electronics, circuit analysis, embedded systems.











Experience with
cloud services (Amazon Web Services EC2, Lambada, S3; DeterLab), virtual
machines (VMWare, VirtualBox), iptables, Packet Filter, Snort; routers,
switches, VPN.



 



Experience in
Programming: C, C++, Go, HTML, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Prolog, Python,



Scala, shell
(Linux & Windows), Simulink, Texas Instruments TMS320C6 and Intel x86
Assembly, VHDL/FPGA design, Visual Basic.



 



Understanding
of architectures for DoD satellite communications and wireless networks,
including technologies, methods and concepts for dynamic spectrum allocation
and utilization.



 



Understanding
of the vulnerability of existing and proposed wireless communications systems,
and concepts of EW/cyber systems and operations.
