**Your Duties:**

As a **Junior Electrical Engineer** you would be responsible for working primarily with the Fuel System Engineering Group in the **Scarborough, ME** office, although work with other groups, including environmental, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering may be required from time to time. Duties will include both office and field work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions. Office work to include extensive written communication, client and external communication, engineering design and calculations, analysis, CADD drafting, code/regulatory review and reporting, drawing printing and assembly, report writing, printing and assembly, review, and quality assurance. Field work to include; construction observation, site inspection, and compliance inspection. Local, regional, and national travel/day trips may be required.

**Your Capabilities and Credentials:**

+ BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology required.

+ 2-5 years’ work experience preferred as an Electrical Engineer in a related field, however new graduates will also be considered.

+ Experience and competence with Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel required.

+ Strong writing skills essential.

+ EIT preferred, however, the ability to sit for the EIT/PE exam within established timeframe is required.

+ Specification writing/review experience and construction observation experience are desirable.

+ Experience with storage tanks (ASTs and USTs), CNG, hazard areas, and flammable liquids preferred.

Detail orientation, strong writing skills, and ability to communicate and work with a team are all important qualities. Successful candidates will be a self starter who has the ability to identify daily needs and assist as necessary to complete client assignments.
