This Lockheed Martin (LM) position supports the Corporation Information Security organization within the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) business unit. Lockheed Martin’s extensive experience with the federal government, military agencies and intelligence, civil, and international communities, coupled with our mature systems engineering, security engineering, and secure software engineering practices provide the technical and analytical support necessary to ensure an integrated approach to mission assurance.

Lockheed Martin is a member of the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) Pro Network. SDL is the industry-leading software security assurance process created by Microsoft and proven effective since 2004

The Information Assurance Engineer Manager will be responsible for all aspects related to the Life Cycle Management of the Privileged Access Management Service

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Life Cycle Management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) Processes and Tools
> Continuous analysis of Admin access types and PAM technologies to implement
> Re-attestation for privileged access need
> End-to-End PAM with Loop-Back monitoring assurance
> Manager of a small IT Staff

Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated professional experience with:
• Managing Services project/program management requirements
• Delivery of future enhancements to Services portfolio
• Collaboration with business partners and functional organizations
• Identification and definition of Services strategic direction
• Project identification (requirements development, estimate generation, business case development and presentation)
• Provision of life-cycle support, from inception through retirement, of all Services components (audit support, road map development, service reviews and budget variance analysis)
• Lead and manage Services support staff (approvals, authorizations, budget, staffing, training, etc.)
• Strong Understanding of PAM Practices
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management Process
• Strong understanding of the CyberArk PSM and EPV toolsets

• Knowledge of the Remediant Toolset
• Knowledge of the Avecto toolset
• Knowledge of the Sailpoint toolset
• Splunk knowledge
• Managing a technical operations staff
• Generating statements of work (SOW)
• Developing requirements documentation

• Previous leadership experience (including Team Lead experience)
