**A Day in the Life**

**As an IT Support Developer-Mobility, you will provide application support for a mobile application that runs on an Oracle - .NET – iOS stack** . You partner with colleagues and other stakeholders including developers, testers, analysts, users and management to ensure mobile application operational stability of Enterprise mobile applications.

**Must Haves**

+ Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) or Master of Computer Application (MCA) from a reputed institute/university

+ **Minimum4 years of experience in ASP .NET 4.0 application support** .

**Skills:**

+ Significant experience in **ASP .NET 4.0 application Support with C#**

+ Hands on experience on **ASP.NET Web API and RESTful API** with troubleshooting skills

+ Hands on experienceon **RDBMS like Oracle/SQL**

+ Hands on experienceon **ifactor framework**

+ Hands on experienceon **Xamarin framework**

+ Hands on experienceon front end technologies like

+ **Native IOS SDK using objective-C,**

+ **Xcode**

+ **AFNetworking framework**

+ **Core Data Programing for IOS**

+ 3+ Years working experience in support

+ Superior troubleshooting Code Debugging skills

+ Responsible, takes ownership of support issues across teams, and follows through to closure with in defined SLA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment

+ Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/guidance

+ Maintains various documentations

+ Collaborates with architects, technical leads, project team members, business analysts and users as and when required

+ Must further build upon domain knowledge technical skills to reach levels of expertise

+ Assists the Supervisor in implementing Medtronic quality initiatives in the project

+ Contribute to knowledge sharing and management to drive operational excellence

+ Diagnosing issues using broad IT knowledge

+ Provide application support in both staging/test and production

+ Trace through all application stack (Frontend, Business Logic, Integration) to isolate issues

+ Monitor server and application log files

+ Coordination with end users to help diagnose issues, including live diagnosis over the phone with screen sharing.

+ Coordinate with various team such as development team, infrastructure support team to resolve application issues

+ Follow standard operating procedures for repeatable support tasks – update these procedures to provide continuous process improvements.

+ Use various diagnostic tools to troubleshoot applications and environment

**Nice to Haves**

+ Experience with JSON, XML

+ Supporting in Business Critical- High applications

+ Willing to work in Shift

+ Experience working with geographical Teams
