This Enterprise Business Service Integration/Test (I/T) Engineer will support various business area projects. They will be accountable for working with the customer to ensure requirements are verifiable/traceable (RVTM), The engineer will develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, automate test cases, coordinate, run a team, and report on test cycles.

This engineer will be accountable for testing any related systems engineering processes and artifacts supporting the customer project/application. In support of test automation the engineer will perform various forms of programming scripting for testing and monitoring

The role includes accountability to plan, schedule and coordinate testing, and also participate in the execution of testing and troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with tests

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with the concepts of test planning, integration, and system testing
• Test cycle planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
• Understanding of and experience planning/performing multiple levels, processes, methods, and types of testing
* Programming, scripting, or automation skills/experience

Desired skills
• Basic understanding of the Visual Basic or Python
• Designing test cases
• Understanding of and experience with change
• Integrated IT process (IITP) experience
• Strong presentation skills to diverse audiences at
multiple levels
• Defect management
• RVTM management
• Business Analysis skills
• Configuration Management
• Experience with MS Visio
• Systems Engineering Process (SEP)
• Strong Communications skills (written and verbal)
• Strong drive and initiative (self-starter)
• Experience with writing test plans in MS Project
• Automated Testing skills (HP QC, QTP, Framework
development, and keyword approach)
• HP Quality Center (HP QC) administration (i.e. -
administer test scenarios, add users, load scenarios,
create queries to extract data, etc.)
• Experience providing metrics
• Host/facilitate daily test review board meetings
• Virtual teaming skills
• MS Excel and Powerpoint expertise
• Strong organizational skills including identifying
priorities and managing to a dynamic set
