As part of the SBIRS Ground Contractor Logistics Support Team, the candidate will be expected to engage in the management and development of the hardware and network/communications teams at the MCS and MCSB comprised of approximately 10 LM employees and subcontractors to include performing employee reviews/evaluations and informal counseling for both strengths and development needs. In addition, this position will be responsible for employee selection/recruitment, training, mentoring, time charging review/approval, salary planning, promotion planning, recognition activities and in general, maintaining a rewarding and productive work environment for this team. This includes working with the individual team leads when filling open positions as attrition occurs. The selected candidate must demonstrate all LM Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
The candidate will also perform the Contractor Logistics Support Integration Specialist duties that support the Integration processes for the SBIRS Mission Control Station (MCS-Buckley AFB), the MCS Back-up Facility (Schriever AFB) and associated antenna sites. Candidate must be able to provide support to Depot Engineering in the review of all Product Support Agreements (PSA), Installation and Check-out procedures (I&CO) and board packages for adherence to Standards. Candidate will coordinate and document all round table reviews. Ensure final documents are distributed to government for final signature. Participate in boards as required, including SIB/TIM, Project Integration Kick-off sessions and other boards as required. Maintain the Activity Report (AR) database for tracking of all projects and distribute reports to leadership as required. Coordinate with engineers as projects are executed and assist with the Close-out Checklist, to include providing evidence for close-out. Candidate will be responsible for the creation of all CLS Level One PSAs and I&COs, to accommodate local efforts, in coordination with CLS team engineers. Responsible for additional duties as assigned. Occasional travel between Aurora, Colorado Springs and Boulder CO may be required. Position requires interface with customers, CLS team members/leaders and Depot Engineers. TS/SCI Clearance required

Basic Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Tools Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio).
Ability to interpret and translate integration standards to Engineers
TS/SCI Clearance
