Job Details

In this challenging role, you will support the Electronics Engineering Technology department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:
 
-Assist Academic Program Director in the development and maintenance of the EET curriculum. 
 
-Maintain program integrity and assure positive program outcomes.
 
-Develop curriculum material for traditional and on-line classes as assigned by Department Head.
 
-Design student projects, present educational instructional material, design tests/exams, assign and post grades.
 
-Schedule courses, advise students, oversee selection and maintenance of equipment with Academic Program Director.
 
-Assist with recruitment and placement, preparing administrative reports as required.
 
-Assist Academic Program Director in coordinating activities of the advisory committee.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in electrical engineering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Experience teaching Electronics Engineering Technology classes
 
-Up-to-date technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering Technology
 
-Excellent communication and human relation skills and be capable of maintaining an atmosphere that fosters learning
