The F-22 SAP Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), and Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Lead/Technical Security Advisor, responsible for all classified cyber-security Programs in support of sustainment and modernization efforts.

Role requires thorough understanding of the overall F-22 and F-16 programs, enhanced leadership/management knowledge and skills, willingness to take necessary risk and make sound decisions, ability to design/resolve highly complex technical solutions, ability to communicate with very high level management and internal/external customers.

Must have extensive working knowledge of RMF/JSIG requirements

Must be able to multi-task in a high-stress, demanding environment, provide advanced innovative technical solutions to complex engineering requirements while still meeting government requirements.

Consults with other IA personnel on interpreting and implementing policies, procedures, and technical solutions. Responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting the complex and dynamic IFG programs by determining priorities, assigning tasks, and coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with JSIG requirements.

Provides innovative and cost effective technical security solutions to very complex engineering requirements for the F-22 and F-16 Programs.

Leads the IFG Technical Security Team to ensure classified Information Systems are in compliance with the Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).

Prepares reports and advises appropriate Security authorities. Routinely provides Information System briefings to customers, external and internal.

Prepares and gains government approvals for complex technical solutions.

Interface with subcontractors, system administrators and customers to ensure appropriate controls remain in place and are effective on all Information Systems.

Oversees the coordination, publication and maintenance of security directives, policies and procedures.

Provides Technical Security oversight and guidance for all standalones, LANs and WANs, while developing authorization documents and artifacts for governmental approval.

Develops policies, procedures, and CONOPS for non-traditional equipment and systems.

Responsibilities also include: Designing, testing, and implementing state-of-the-art secure operating systems, and networks.

Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Prepares security reports to regulatory agencies.

Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance, based upon a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check (NAC/LC) conducted within the last five years and access eligibility for Special Access Programs.

Applicants selected will be subject to routine government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information throughout their employment as required by the job

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications
ISSM experience managing large and complex programs

Experience with Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG)/Risk Managed Framework (RMF)

Possess an active IAM Level-II DoD 8570 certification (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
