This position is for an Information Assurance Engineer Sr. Staff working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS/CIS) in the Identity & Access Management / Directory Authentication Services team. This position provides Information Security support and services to all LM Business Areas and will be responsible for maintaining and maturing the level of information security and driving risk reduction initiatives
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serving in senior technical role & making sound recommendations to assist decision maker in order to provide guidance, direction, leadership, training, and mentoring to security engineers
-Identifying current and potential legal and regulatory issues affecting information security, and assessing their impact to the company
- Interfacing with Business Area management, Corporate Information Security (CIS) peers, and other organizations to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures -Providing security oversight for new or proposed IT implementations
-Supporting other IPT’s as needed
- Supporting special assignments requested by customer leadership
- Working with elements within the LM Business Area IT and EBS EO as needed to ensure the security posture of the business
-Preparing security reports and presentations to both program/project and senior management
-Supporting flexible work hours, off-hours/on call/overtime
-Supporting business-required travel as needed
-Strong knowledge of information technology and information security practices

The selected candidate will work directly with various LM employees, customers, and partners. Qualified candidates should have 12 -14 years of information security or information technology experience and must be a U.S. citizen in order to obtain secret level clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber

Advanced Technical Skills and experience including the ability to interact with various teams and stakeholders and effectively organize

Strong analytical skills demonstrated by related work experience
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment to resolve problems and implement change in a timely manner
Demonstrated experience conducting technical security assessments
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work on virtual teams and good interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance
7 - 9 Years of experience working with Designing, Administering and Supporting Microsoft Active Directory in a Enterprise environment.
Significant experience with advanced concepts of Active Directory specifically constrained delegation or delegated rights administration model, GPMC, Kerberos, SPNs, and KeyTab files
Several years’ experience with scripting languages specifically Microsoft PowerShell and Active State Perl
3 - 5 Years’ Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Technologies - Microsoft System Center, HyperV
