This position is for an Information Security professional working for Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) in Corporate Information Security (CIS).

The primary focus of the position will be security engineering in support of Windows Server systems and ecosystem as part of the Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team within CIS. This position supports all business areas within the Enterprise.

Duties of this position will include:
- Industry and Strategic Expertise: Provide analysis and recommendations on new technology relevance, viability and risks.
- Automating secure system implementations
- Security Risk Analysis: Determine risk posture of specific technologies, environments and operational scenarios, identify potential mitigations and present recommendations to management and approval boards
- Strong knowledge of data center processes and cloud environment architecture and infrastructure.
- Security Engineering: Define security requirements, develop and execute test cases and design and implement solutions to secure cloud and support associated services in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and best practices.
- Documenting and communicating the security standards, policies and solutions to allow for quicker and easier adoption
- Developing the overall Windows server strategy and communicating strategic objectives to stakeholders and senior management
This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quick ramp-up and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities is expected. The ability to work effectively in a virtual team will enable success for the individual in this role as well as the team

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 to 14 years of experience encompassing information technology and cyber security / information assurance:
- Leading other members of the team
- Create a secure Windows ecosystem in a cloud first environment through research and testing of new products and processes
- Securing Windows Servers with a variety of roles (IIS, Hyper-V, Domain Controllers, Windows 10)
- Delivering security solutions for risks pertaining to malware, encryption, data loss prevention, operating systems, access rights/admin privileges.
- An understanding of modern operating systems, device and application exploits, malware and risks
- Developing threat analysis, implementing mitigating solutions and driving technical risk management decisions in support of business requirements
- Interpreting Corporate policies into executable requirements.
- Knowledge of Information Assurance and security engineering principles including security testing
- Ability to juggle the demands of multiple diverse customers while formulating & driving the enterprise-level Windows security direction
- Partnering with and influencing vendors to deliver secure solutions that meet critical corporate needs
- Writing and debugging at least one of the following scripting languages (Javascript, Python, PowerShell)
- Applying effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to obtain, at a minimum, a secret level clearance

Desired skills
- Experience hardening Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016
- Experience with Microsoft Nano Server
- Experience with Credential Guard and Remote Credential Guard
- Experience with Office 365
- Risk based threat modeling and analysis
- Understanding of the application and use of Trusted Platform Modules
- Understanding of the architecture and use of Windows Hello for Business
- Hands on experience working with one or more of the
following cloud vendors – Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Demonstrated experience utilizing agile frameworks for project lifecycle
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI, PII / Privacy Shield, SOX, etc
- CEH, CISSP, CISM or other recognized security certification
- Proven effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Proven effective teaming skills (co-located and virtual)
- Proven effective leadership skills
- Proven ability to independently identify and problem solve issues with minimal direction from leadership
