Job Details

This Information Assurance (IA) Lead/Engineer will provide information security services in support of the Kalypso contract. As the Technical Lead and a member of the program’s IA Team, individual will provide leadership and support activities to actively manage, track, execute, coordinate and report all tasks pertaining to the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of the Customer Information Systems

Applicant must already hold a TS/SCI and be eligible for cross-over to the program

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Basic Qualifications
Current, Active TS/SCI

Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation across multiple phases of a large program

Experienced with ICD 503 Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process, implementing the NIST 800-53 security controls, and generating and maintaining ICD 503 Security Body of Evidence including Customer System Security Plan (SSP), all required appendices, attachments, security test procedures (STP), security control traceability matrices (SCTM), security assessment results, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)

Active CISSP Certification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in support of Agile Development Teams, Operations, Customer Security and the End User organizations

Team leadership experience in Information Assurance or other related technical area

Desired skills
Ability to lead and perform work in a DevOps environment

Familiarity / Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Commercial Cloud Services (C2S), OS Security (Windows Server through 2012, RedHat Linux), Firewalls, security auditing tools including ArcSight, Tripwire, Host Based System Security, and Network Intrusion Detection

Ability to analyze and assess compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)

Ability to use the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) product suite to perform security vulnerability and compliance scanning
