This position will support the Cybersecurity/Information Assurance mission for the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) products. The selected candidate will serve as an IA technical focal point for the Training Infrastructure Systems (TIS) Operational Environment (OE) products. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the development and delivery of Risk Management Framework (RMF) security authorization packages, performing hardening tasks, and working with TIS Engineering product development teams to produce technical solutions to IA complex problem and/or introduce new security functionality into the product

Basic Qualifications
The selected candidate must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills as the position will require frequent program management and customer interactions. Must have experience building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships.
Candidate must have solid understanding and application of systems engineering principles, requirements analysis and development, system architecture, as well as defining and executing test procedures.

Experience performing Cyber/IA activities in support of hardware, software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment with aircraft and/or aircraft support equipment

Additionally, candidates must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related engineering/technical field
Must be U.S. Citizen

Desired skills
Knowledge of LM Corporate security policies.
-Current active DoD Secret Security Clearance preferred
-CISSP, CISM or other relevant security certification
-Understanding of OWASP Top 10 Web Application Security Risks and their
-Understanding of the SANS Top 25 Most Dangerous Software Errors and
their countermeasures
-Experience using ACAS, HBSS, SCAP
-Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems
