The candidate must possess a good mix of both technical and management skills focusing on efforts involved with the transition from development to operational systems. This position is responsible for coordinating and leading all Cyber Engineering activities to include the ability to prioritize tasking and provide clear direction to appropriate Cyber team members. This position will support the planning and execution of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, ECPs and other customer engineering estimate requests. Individual will support development of IMS objective evidence, the collection of IMS status accounting, and lead the execution of plans. Responsible for overseeing the development of the C2BMC system to ensure that the developed system realize the Cyber architecture and requirements. The candidate would serve as the Primary liaison from the Cyber Team to the Task Order (TO) Leads performing the following tasks for all Cyber-related activities: report status, maintain schedule, attend customer coordination/status meetings and provide CAM with inputs for schedule/objective evidence status. Documenting lessons learned, best security engineering practices, and industry standards is required in daily tasks

Basic Qualifications
Must have a Sec+ or equivalent to start.

Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross Functional Area efforts associated with System Development Lifecycle management activities. Required - Experience with project planning, cost, schedule and performance of baseline activities. Required - The successful candidate must be an experienced engineer with a broad knowledge base across the following areas: Proposal, Requirements Definition, Design, Development, Integration, Testing and Deployment. Required - The ability to work with TO leadership to de-conflict priorities across the Enterprise and resolve schedule/resource contention. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the development of a new or modified applications. Analyze user needs and security designs to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints. Identify necessary lifecycle support to adequately address information assurance (IA) security requirements. Preferred - Understanding of DoD security practices such as adherence with NIST standards, STIG compliance and RMF Authorization activities

Desired skills
Knowledge of the following disciplines: Planning, Scheduling, Project Management and Earned-Value Management. Required - Specific experience managing complex projects throughout multiple phases of the System Development Lifecycle. Required - Experience with Spiral development process management and project schedule oversight. Knowledge of enterprise information security architecture. Knowledge of how system components are installed, integrated, and optimized. Knowledge of information assurance (IA) principles and requirements. Required - MS Office suite, strong communication and customer interaction skills. Preferred - A proven track record of Systems Engineering, Software Development, Cyber Security or Operations Deployment
