This position fulfills an Information Assurance (IA) technical role in support of the Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) Cyber Solutions Cyber Inside (CI) program. Under mimimal guidance, this candidate will serve internal and external customers for security engineering, security architecture, assessments, trade studies and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A). This candidate will provide the technical support to the C6ISR Cyber & Security Solutions Team (CaS2T) by ensuring program management and other program stakeholders are elated with performance execution and delivery, and the customer achieves mission success milestones.

Under minimal guidance, the selected candidate will identify technical and operational requirements to support development of secure solutions and evaluate security controls to ensure compliance with applicable RMF requirements and standards. The candidate will perform security activities in a team environment and potential leadership role necessary to support the A&A of software applications and evaluate system changes to assess their impact on security and the mission. The candidate must be able to operate with minimal direction in a dynamic customer focused environment while demonstrating outstanding internal and external customer communication/relationship skills

This candidate is expected to support the IA needs of multiple Cyber Inside initiatives across the RMS Company and other corporate lines of business with additional responsibilities including: Compliance, Vulnerability Scanning & Management, Security Architecture, Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) with RMF, and IA Awareness & Training. The candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to support planning, strategy, customer expectations, and RMF transition execution across focused program.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Basic Qualifications
CISSP or CISM Cyber certification

Experience performing IA activities in support of hardware, software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment with ground, space, aircraft, or naval systems

Experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) or Intel IA Programs

Experience with employment of DoD IA requirements, policies, and processes to include certification and accreditation as part of DIACAP or RMF process

Desired skills
Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems

Experience with system audit configuration, capture, analysis, and risk reduction
