This candidate will support Cybersecurity (IA) system activities on the F35 ALIS program. Primary responsibilities will be to support compliance with DoD 8500.2 and JAFAN specifications and intent. The selected individual will be required to work with the hardware, software and specialty engineers as needed to ensure full compliance of all security requirements. Candidate will work as part of security team to review and appropriately apply Secure Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) documents published by DISA IASE. The IA Engineer must be able to perform in a fast paced environment with multiple releases and multiple baselines

Basic Qualifications
Familiarity with systems: Unix/Linux, Windows OS (XP, 7, etc.)
Basic understanding of Information Assurance. Knowledge of networking technologies such as: DNS, LDAP, LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Active Directory. Ability to learn and follow engineering processes and use existing tools to harden systems

Desired skills
Working toward the Comp TIA Security Plus or Associate Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certifications.
Completed Lockheed Martin Information Security Engineer - Core Body of Knowledge (CBoK)
knowledge of Operating System penetration tools.
Kali Linux, Nessus, Retina, scripting tools, web testing tools use and knowledge, web applications security testing knowledge
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
System Hardening and Vulnerability Management Patching
