This Lockheed Martin (LM) position is in the Enterprise Operations business area and the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) business unit. The Senior Manager will serve as the Space Systems Company (SSC) Information Security Officer (ISO) and have oversight and accountability for the SSC Cyber Security and ISO Activities. This includes direct management of ~10 information security professionals

This position will be responsible for working with Corporate Information Security (CIS) and functional stakeholders to ensure SSC systems are managed consistent with the enterprise tolerance for risk.

The individual in this position will participate in Business Area ISO activities and will collaborate with other International ISOs, across CIS, EO and all other Business Areas, as well as with LMC functional organizations (e.g., communications, legal, contracts, etc.) and LMC programs. The individual will represent SSC security in all capacities including project leadership, program engagements, voting on behalf of SSC from ISO perspective, and representing SSC on key meetings
This individual will drive strategy and lead initiatives to improve cyber security posture and integration with new technologies and processes so as to securely enable the SSC business

This position will work with the LM CIRT to respond to and investigate potential compromises of computing assets and information of SSC functions. The individual will interface with EBS and CIS leadership, and BA program and leadership teams in response to incidents as required

Finally, the Senior Manager serves as the Privacy Officer for SSC and coordinates all IT audits across SSC

Position is located at a SSC major facility

Basic Qualifications
6+ years’ experience in a demonstrated leadership role, including:
• experience focused on cyber risk management activities on a large-scale basis for internal and/or external customer environments
• proven Project Management / Functional Management Experience, and demonstrated ability to provide project leadership and lead a technical workforce in a diverse virtual team environment
• proven experience and demonstrated ability to develop and successfully implement strategic cyber plans; particularly around new technologies and business processes
• financial management skills; proven track record for successfully managing complex budgets
• demonstrated ability to team across organizational and company boundaries to collaborate with and influence others
• effective analytical and critical thinking skills – proven problem solving and follow-thru in high-pressure situations
• strong business acumen, influence management and systems thinking skills
• effective executive presentation skills
• demonstrated exceptional communication, influence and expectation setting skills with internal and external executive level personnel, colleagues, and subordinates
• demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships
• proven ability to oversee implementation and successful execution of mission objectives, business rhythms and organizational initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 10 years or more of professional experience in the IT or Information Security domains including the demonstrated experience in efforts pertaining to:
o Risk Based Governance
o Architecture/design
o Applications / databases
o Servers/desktops
o Mobile devices and communication
o Infrastructure
o Networks and network communications
• Minimum of current DoD Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and retain TS/SCI Clearance

Desired skills
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional(CISSP) certification
• Threat modeling experience
• Security Engineering/Architeture Experience
• Working Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Information Security policies, architectural standards and controls requirements
• Exposure to DFARS, NISPOM, NIST as it relates to IT security
• Experience with ISO 27000 or DIACAP/Risk Management Framework
• PMP certification
