The Manager of Blue Team/Threat Analysis and Controls for Corporate Information Security, Enablement will have oversight of enterprise-wide collaborative testing activities. Collaborative testing techniques include vulnerability discovery, network & systems integrity activities (i.e., searching for possible unauthorized behavior/signs of compromise), threat articulation, defensive strengthening and cyber knowledge transfer.

This position will have budget authority of approximately ~$4M of Overhead, Capital, and Direct to Business Area/Contract dollars and will include direct management of ~19 cyber security professionals

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Security Readiness Testing within the Corporate Information Security Enablement Organization.

This position will oversee and drive execution of the mission of identifying risks and vulnerabilities in LMC environments via collaborative testing techniques before these weaknesses can be exploited by our adversaries. The scope of testing activities primarily includes internal LMC programs and IT/OT environments. In addition, this position will oversee authorized collaborative testing of 3rd parties, including suppliers and joint ventures. Finally, this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing collaborative testing engagements with DoD and commercial entities as requested by LMC Programs and/or Businesses.

The individual in this position will collaborate across CIS and EBS, as well as LMC functional organizations (e.g., legal, contracts, etc.), LMC programs, external companies and DoD entities

Location: preferred work from a major LMC facility (io.e. Orlando, FL, Rockville, MD or Valley Forge, PA); but other locations and potentially virtual with travel will be considered based on candidate

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience conducting technical cyber testing (e.g., vulnerability discovery, network & systems integrity activities - searching for possible unauthorized behavior/signs of compromise, threat articulation, defensive strengthening and cyber knowledge transfer) OR demonstrated functional and/or technical cyber security leadership experience over technical testing activities within complex internal and external customer environment engagements
- Proven ability to cast vision and oversee implementation and successful execution of mission objectives, business rhythms and organizational initiatives
- Demonstrated exceptional communication and expectation setting skills with internal and external senior level personnel, colleagues and subordinates
- Proven leadership experience supporting recruitment and oversight of technical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop necessary competencies within a workforce
- Demonstrated ability to team across organizational and company boundaries to collaborate with and influence others
- Effective analytical and critical thinking skills – proven problem solving and follow-thru in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated technical experience with at least one of the following: Networking (data flows, architecture, protocols, traffic analysis, wireless, etc), Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/UNIX, OS configuration, file system structures, OS components, etc) or coding/scripting
- Demonstrated self-starter and team player, able to quickly learn new concepts and share knowledge/information with team members
- Experience successfully tracking/executing budget discipline at function or team levels
- Minimum of current DoD Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and retain DoD Top Secret
