The incumbent will execute Systems & Software engineering activities related to obsolescence upgrades, Radar development/implementation, TCS/DCP software development, Weapons integration and FFG(X) for Naval Multi-Mission Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).  The incumbent will also serve as technical liaison and trusted advisor to NAVSEA to provide management for MCS interface requirements to NAVSEA Ship programs associated with the MQ-8 Firescout. 


Key Functions

         Requirements development, analysis & traceability, requirements management

         Schedule development & oversight, risk development & review, and SOW generation

         Assist in planning, development, and implementation of program milestones, coordination of technical information gathering and drafting of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Interface Documentation, Specifications, and Technical Review materials


Required Qualifications

  • Good communication skills and able to present highly technical material to a diverse audience

  • Strong background in systems engineering and requirements development & management

  • Scientific/Engineering Degree

  • Secret Clearance or higher

  • Demonstrated experience in performing analytical work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of computer systems, networking and NAVSEA Program structures and engineering processes

  • Top Secret/SCI

  • Naval Aviation Domain knowledge/experience


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical,  Computer or Systems Engineering or similar field.  Candidate should possess the ability to be responsible for deliverables or parts of deliverables to customers.
