Job Details

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator. Duties include:

Provide facility support in accordance with established installation policies and procedures.

Preform the full range of administrative duties/services in support of the facility, facility operations and all programs/activities conducted therein.

Ensure access to the installation is restricted to only those command members and visitors who have legitimate business at the facilities.

Account for all appliance and equipment assigned as part of this task order.

Primary site lead for the coordination and execution of all labor necessary to complete all facilities preventive maintenance requirements and life cycle replacements efforts of components

Interface with military, civilian and contracted elements to maintain all of the structures and infrastructure.

Oversees all work efforts for routine and emergency work requirements.

Coordinates for all necessary materials and resources to complete routine and emergency work requirements.

Perform a combination of short and long term space utilization planning internally and externally to the facility.


Must also be able to read blueprints. Should have good overall knowledge of all building electrical systems and electrical theory

Requires lifting up to 75 pounds and moving it without assistance between building and across facilities

Work well with public as well as with co-workers and willing to listen to others

Must be punctual and follow rules

Must be a self-starter and work independently with no or minimum guidance

Must be willing to work long hours to include weekend

Basic Qualifications
Experience in military construction supplies

Be able to operate a forklift

Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license

Must be able to work well with public as well as with co-workers

Must be a self-starter and work independently with no or minimum guidance and be willing to listen and work with others

Good written and verbal communication skills

Willing to work long hours including weekends

Willingness to work rotational shifts including days, evenings, midnights, holidays and weekends, as required

Must be able to work in extreme temperatures – hot and cold, indoors and outdoors

Must be able to lift 70 pounds

Must be able to travel internationally
