This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of the F-35 Air Vehicle Weapons Team (AVW). The successful candidate will provide leadership to a diverse team of individuals with responsibilities covering flight clearances, weapons certification, stores separation and weapons advanced development/new initiative capture and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving WI Integration Reports, Stores Limitation Sheets, System Release Memos in addition to overall F-35 Flight Clearance review and approval for F-35 Weapons Integration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for submitting weekly team status to WI leadership in addition to providing weekly Stores Certification status to the Program's Service Managers for USAF, USMC and USN. As a leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for a current roster of 15 direct reports. Specific duties include, but not limited to, ensuring training requirements are current, time charges are current and accurate, LM Commit actions are completed on time, and career discussions are accomplished

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires a Final Secret Clearance to start, with the ability to be cleared to SAP/SAR programs

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with MIL-STD-516B and the F-35 Flight Clearance and Stores Certification Processes
- Project management experience
- Must have experience with MIL- STD-1763
- Bachelor's degree
