Job Details

•Primary role is supporting the F-35 Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) Subsystems Performance team
•Primary responsibility is to mature the F-35 PHM capability by understanding the aircraft Mission Systems subsystems design, PHM design, actual PHM performance, and required corrective actions to improve
•Tasks include engineering design and analysis to resolve issues with aircraft Mission Systems subsystems including those identified in Action Requests from customer aircraft operations
•Tasks and responsibilities will require interaction with Lockheed Martin & partner engineering teams as well as equipment suppliers and government customers

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications
•Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, or PHM capability development of subsystems
•Experience with Mission Systems subsystems and architecture
•Experience in Systems engineering
•Engineering/Technical Bachelor's degree

Desired skills
•Familiarity with or understanding of maintaining, troubleshooting, and PHM capability development for Mission Systems subsystems on advanced military aircraft
•Systems engineering experience
•Project engineering/leadership familiarity, understanding or experience
•Aircraft Mission Systems architecture familiarity, understanding, or experience
•F-35 program experience
•Experience or familiarity with the F-35 Mission Systems subsystems
•Experience with SIMS, DOORS, Dimensions, PDM, FRACAS
•Complex software development familiarity or understanding
•Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
•Experience with working in a dynamic, diverse team environment
•Skilled user of MS Office
