Member of F-18 Block II Integration and Test Team

Effort includes:
-Development and release of Test Requirement Specifications.
-Development and release of Test Plans and Procedures.
-Supporting lab testing and demonstrations.
-Team member on a multiple disciplined engineering team for the development of special test equipment requirements, assembly, integration, checkout, and operation required for integration and test completion.
-Assisting the CAM responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing the budget for the activity
-Assist the IPT Lead with coordination of integration activities with the customer, on-program requirements development, mechanical, electrical, aerodynamic, software designers, and technical/program leadership and the customer.
-Occasionally interfacing with both internal and customer Senior Management to ensure sufficient resources are assigned to complete the activity on-time and within budgetary constraints.
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with multiple functional groups including: engineering administrators, designers, subcontracts, planning, and quality personnel during assembly and inspection process.

Basic Qualifications
This position requires effective task organization and communication skills with a background in systems development, integration and production. Candidate must have experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal development/certification experience. Demonstrated experience presenting to program/senior management.

Candidate must have a Secret clearance to start

Desired skills
-Demonstrated prior experience on IRST
-Prior formal testing experience is desired.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are desired
-Demonstrated excellent performance on a high-visibility program in a dynamic business area
