Job Details

The Production Support Task Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of F-35 EOTS production support activities from the technical execution perspective.
This individual will support the EOTS Integration and Test Lead by ensuring all Systems Engineering related test activities are adequately supported and will be responsible for leading root cause/corrective action investigations related to test anomalies.
The ideal candidate will have experience with integration and troubleshooting complex EO systems and must be flexible with hours, including potential nights and weekend support, to ensure the production activities stay on schedule
Candidate should be comfortable with leading small teams and providing guidance and direction and should be capable of collaborating with various functional groups to resolve issues

Other duties may include:
-Subsystems and system assembly & Test
-Development of sub-system and system level test plans/procedures and associated test readiness reviews
-Integration and test of sub-system and system level assemblies
-Subsystem and system level test execution
-Subsystem and system level test data reduction, analysis, and test reporting


Travel to customer facilities and Test Ranges is required

Basic Qualifications
-Demonstrated Integration and Test experience in the full system development lifecycle

-Demonstrated skill generating high-quality test plans, procedures and requirements

-Formal field testing experience on complex programs

Must have a secret clearance to start

Desired skills
-Prior experience as a integrator for programs with aggressive schedules in a dynamic customer environment

-Prior experience presenting at Senior Management and Customer technical/readiness reviews (Mission Success, TRR, FRR)

-Engineer with solid communication, technical and teamwork skills

-Experience with hardware/software integration in both lab and field environment

-Demonstrated experience with working with or executing formal test events on Test Ranges

-Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years
