Join MITREs growing Enterprise Strategy and Transformation Technical Center, where you will have opportunities to apply your enterprise transition and other analytical skills to address complex issues of critical national and global significance.

Our focus is on Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Transition Planning and Execution, and Shared Services to support our customers. We typically work on fast-paced projects as contributing members of multi-disciplinary teams from across MITRE.

We are looking for creative early- to mid-career candidates with a range of related professional interests, a demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and skills to address complex problems, and a passion for contributing our Departments technical capabilities in enterprise architecture, shared services or transition planning.
Key Functions:
As an Enterprise Architect, your responsibilities will include:

 Providing enterprise solution architecture support to large-scale IT programs throughout the lifecycle

Assisting the customer in creating and overseeing an enterprise business architecture or architectural components for their organization.

 Working as part of a team to help government leaders translate their mission, vision, goals and strategies into an actionable and executable transition plans.

Supporting organizations that are considering becoming a customer of a shared service, considering providing a shared service to other agencies, or looking to improve their current shared services operations










Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Management Science, or related disciplines.

Knowledge and application of one or more of the following:

o Enterprise-wide implementations of Supply Chain, Finance, HR, or CRM COTS applications
o Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks, e.g., FEAF , TOGAF , DODAF , etc.
o Shared Services design, implementation, and operations
o Enterprise transition planning

Excellent written and oral communications skills including presentation and facilitation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with federal agencies is preferred, augmented with experience working on transformational projects in non-federal and private sector industries
Candidates holding current / active US Government security clearance(s) are preferred.
