Job Details

As a member of the F-35 Electronic Warfare / Counter Measures (EW/CM) team, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and participating in activities associated with the development of requirements, test procedures, testing and maturation of Mission Data Tools (MDT). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supplier management, coordinating with the EW Principal Engineer and other key stakeholders, and interfacing / coordinating with various F-35 reprogramming labs.

The Selected candidate shall use their firsthand operational knowledge of EW/CM systems to include a fundamental EW related performance techniques, modes of operation, and an understanding of fully integrated EW systems for advanced 5th Gen aircraft platforms. They will use their familiarity with Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPARs) and have experience defining and documenting MDT requirements from an end user perspective. They shall also use their familiarity with existing F-35 reprogramming capabilities, have an in- depth knowledge and experience programing and testing both Passive (High Gain and Threat Warning) and Active (Standoff and self-protect) Electronic Counter Measures, and experience programming and testing multiple different combat Electronic Warfare systems. In addition, they will use in-depth knowledge of functional and operational radar theory, and experience programing and testing Radar Warning systems

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires a Secret Clearance to start

Basic Qualifications
• Must have an active Secret Clearance and be able to obtain related program clearances
• Lab, Field and flight test experience of both Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) and Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) Systems
• Experience designing, programming and testing Operational Mission Data
• Experience in data analysis of Combat Integrated Mission System
• Experience working with Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogrammables (EWIR)
• Hands on Electronic Warfare lab testing: Testing and evaluating Operational Flight Program (OFP) as well as Mission Data File (MDF) and Stimulator programming experience
• Experience with Foreign Military Exploitations (FME)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel spreadsheet, scheduling and Database applications
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Desired skills
• Familiarity with JSF avionics suite and systems engineering processes.
• JSF program clearance
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical filed
