Job Details

This job is for an Electrical Engineer in our Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works) who will conduct electrical loads analysis, power system design trades, system definition, procurement and test including generation, conversion, distribution, storage and control hardware and software. The successful candidate will work with customer and other weapon system contractors to design electrical subsystem for Megawatt Tactical Aircraft and other programs

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.***

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or related field
- Experience in electrical system design, development or test

Desired skills
- Experience designing electrical power system architectures,
component definition/specification, electrical schematics or
wiring diagrams
- Experience performing electrical loads analysis
- Experience with subcontract management: Writing RFI, RFP
(SOWs and Specs), evaluating and managing suppliers
- Experience developing and integrating models with SPICE,
Simulink or other model and simulation software
- Project management experience
- Trained in Systems Engineering process
- Effective ability to prioritize and perform multiple unrelated tasks
- Ability to develop solution to complex problems without
appreciable direction
- Active Secret Clearance
