We are currently seeking an **Electrical** **Engineer** to join the team in our **Anchorage, Alaska** office **.**



**Your Duties:**



+ Develop electrical deliverables including equipment datasheets, cable schedules, panelboard schedules, circuit and conductor sizing calculations, load calculations, protective device coordination studies, arc flash calculations, single-line drawings, heat trace drawings, cable tray layouts, power distribution plans, lighting plans, grounding plans, motor control schematics, control system I/O, wiring interconnect diagrams, motor control narrative and bill of materials

+ P&ID development support

+ Attend/support HAZOP and various other process safety assessment, evaluation, and design sessions

+ Electrical equipment and commodity specifications and material requisition development, including generators, transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, panelboards, lighting equipment, and heat trace equipment

+ Power system analysis for 480 volt and 15 kV systems.

+ Project team communication

+ Coordination within multi-discipline team to meet deliverables

+ Prepare construction work packages

+ Availability for travel



**Your Capabilities and Credentials:**



+ Degree in Electrical Engineering

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role

+ Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation

+ Experience in the oil & gas industry

+ Experience with power generation and distribution design & specifications for 480 volt and 15 kV systems

+ Exceptional communication and organizational skills

+ Proficiency performing analysis and design using ETAP and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

+ Report writing skills
