This position can also be located in San Francisco, CA and Portland, OR.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
+ Preliminary 3-6 month staff augmentation assignment to a hi-tech client on location at their site near Reno, Nevada.
+ Coordination and completion of fast paced design scopes in an ever changing environment
+ Load calculations
+ Equipment selection
+ CAD/BIM design
+ Coordinate electrical system design with mechanical engineers, architects, and other design professionals
+ Review / Edit specifications
+ Review own work to ensure accuracy
+ Interact and work with diverse set of clients and subcontractors
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
+ 2+ years of solid electrical design experience within a consulting or design-build firm
+ Engineer in Training Certificate (EIT) completed
+ Experience with AutoCAD
+ Experience with sustainable design
+ Experience with Design-Build and other Alternative-Delivery practices
+ Experience with "Services During Construction", and working closely with trade contractors
+ Excellent communication skills: articulate, assertive and confident
+ Creative thinker with effective teamwork skills
+ Thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
