Job Details

Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. is coming off a record-setting 2016. In anticipation of continued success, we are seeking qualified candidates across our company and geographic markets.

Successful professionals will have a strong technical background and a keen interest in learning more about the exciting aviation industry.

Technical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, 

  • design of electrical systems, including lighting, low voltage systems, and telecommunications
  • understanding of 480v/120v 3 phase + 2 phase systems
  • electrical engineering expertise in electrical (power) distribution and airfield lighting
  • development of construction drawings (including layout and details), specifications, and estimates for bidding purposes compliant with code requirements
  • support of construction administration by processing RFIs and completing site visits during the construction phase
  • review of subcontracted designs and construction documents for accuracy and completeness
  • perform studies and evaluations as needed.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer in any office location. Charlotte, Raleigh, or Richmond preferred.

FT or PT. 

Candidates must have a BS in electrical engineering and experience with design of electrical systems, including power distribution.

P.E. license required.

Experience with airport development projects is strongly preferred.
