As a member of the Mobile Training Team (MTT), provide instruction on the use of prototype Decision Kit simulation and training hardware and software. The Decision kit includes web-based technologies, USMC laptop-based simulations, indoor augmented reality visualization devices, and commercial quadcopters. Instruction will be conducted at each of the 24 USMC Infantry Battalions. Consequently, the position will require substantial travel. While on-site at a MEF, collect data from previously installed systems at the same MEF. Prior to and in the intervals between trips, the successful applicant will develop and extend a program of instruction for the kits. This will include working with the USMC College of Distributed Education and Training (CDET) in Quantico, VA to develop material to provide remote training and support to the decision kits. The applicant should be familiar with USMC training. This position is a virtual position, however occasional meetings in Arlington, VA may be required

Basic Qualifications
Experience as Curriculum Development Manager in US Marine Corps.
Experience as Information Technology Trainer.
Experience as Distance Learning Curriculum Developer US Marine Corps.
At least 20 Years as Infantry Leader

Desired skills
Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline
