The selected candidate will be responsible for providing Technical Engineering and Systems Engineer knowledge and skills supporting F-35 Program Sustainment Data Product Integration and Delivery (SDP I&D) and Sustainment Support activities within the Data Quality and Integration Management (DQIM) team. The employee will perform Sustainment Data Product (SDP), research/analysis, processing, and handling data exchanges between Program Stakeholders and Systems, Suppliers, Teammates, Internal Data Authors and Operational Sites specific to Change Management and supporting F-35 Production Asset Inspection Requirement (PAIR) and Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) management program for DQIM Sustainment

A. Support the execution of contract requirements associated with Site Support requirements related to Data Quality of TCTDs/PAIRs and program Change Requirement (CRs). Interface regularly with JSF Mods and Retrofit team, Lightning Support Team (LST), Production Operations, F-35 Program Office, F-35 Sustainment, ALIS Sustainment, Chief Engineers Office, suppliers, Supply Chain Management, LDM and other F-35 stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are addressed relative to Sustainment Data Product (SDP) quality

B. Support Data Quality initiatives across the F-35 Program on SDP data flow, processes, and source systems and participate in development and continuous improvement of team processes, tools, workflows, documentation, and metrics.

C. Support Sustainment Data Product (SDP) integration, research/analysis, processing, and handling data exchanges between Program Stakeholders and Systems, Suppliers, Teammates, Propulsion System Contractors, Internal Data Authors and Operational Sites

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

1. Review Production Asset Inspection Requirements-PAIR, Time Compliance Technical Directive-TCTD, documents and files as necessary to ensure authoring and technical contents are aligned to source engineering and provisioning MILSTD-1388 standards

2. Apply data quality forensics and participate in assessments of SDP and/or Supplier and unit data submissions

3. Support coordination with assigned users, application teams, and DQIM Supplier Integration Team, to understand issues and needs; prioritizing, determining solutions, and implementation Data Quality or Action Requests (AR) resolution

4. Conduct data analysis and trend interpretation for developing statistical process control methods in support of aviation information and readiness reporting requirements.

5. Maintain program metrics associated with TCTD/PAIR/CRs

6. Perform TCTD Review in LDM and review Sustainment PAIRs and update the PAIR authoring system (PAS) data base.

7.. Research and coordinate with DQIM Site Support team and various F-35 IPTs to resolve or prevent TCTD or PAIR Action Request (ARs)

9. Conduct review of Mod delta baseline and create files in support of TCTDs or urgent PAIRs

10. Participate in functional analysis, timeline analysis, structured improvement activities, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into system specifications

11. Travel to customer sites for assessment of processes associated to DQIM SDPs and data configuration management

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.***

***Must have ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance prior to starting

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Manipulation of data using Microsoft Excel and/or Access
- Performing data quality audits/verification
- Performing Configuration Management of data
- Experience with computer systems, data management concepts, and database structures

Desired skills
The following skills are desired but not required:

- U.S. Military Aviation and Organizations
- Working experience using F-35 ALIS applications (i.e. CMMS and CRM)
- Working experience using legacy NALCOMIS application system
- Use of TeamCenter (PDM/LDM) to review and verify Design and Logistics Data
- First-hand experience using F-35 ATLAS application to extract and verify logistics data
- Development of Aircraft/Aviation System Bills-of-Material (BOM)/Structures
- Reading, Writing, and Applying Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract, process and manipulate data
- Reading, Interpreting, and Writing eXtensible Markup Language (XML)
- Hands-on knowledge with TeamCenter e-Cubed report builder
- Hands-on experience with Shop Floor Manager (SFM) System
- Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Documentation System (QADS)
- Production Planning and/or Shop Floor Operations related to data or systems integration
- USAF/USMC and US Navy Aviation and Organizations
-F-35 ALIS:
· ALIS operations and schedulers course
· Oracle database fundamentals course
· Oracle system administration
· Analyst / Database administrator course

- Experience with core Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Project)
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
