Job Details

This is a senior Data Management position located at the Lockheed Martin Bothell, WA supporting multiple programs including LANCE, HELIOS, and HEL-TVD. The Data Manager will report functionally to the Owego CM/DM Manager in the Infrastructure Engineering Center of Excellence (COE) and will report dotted line to leadership at the Bothell site for all DM-related tasks and status. The Data Manager will be responsible for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Subcontract Data Requirement List (SDRL) management, including delivery forecasts, status accounting/tracking, and performing on-time deliveries to the customer

Basic Qualifications
The Data Manager will independently drive on-time deliveries to the customer, manage incoming supplier SDRLs, coordinate resubmittals/comment coordination, distribute recurring CDRL forecast reports, and present status when needed.

Frequent collaboration and coordination across other functional teams is necessary to plan and coordinate on-time deliveries.

The Data Manager should be familiar with DD1423 forms and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs). The Data Manager will be responsible for reviewing documentation prior to delivery to the customer to ensure compliance to the contract DD1423 and DID, as well as business and contract legends and markings for required compliance

The Data Manager should have familiarity with revision and file version control to ensure data is organized in a fashion that is readily available, easy to find, and controlled

The Data Manager may also be required to manage access to SharePoint sites, Local Area Network (LAN) drives, and ensure Proprietary Information Agreements (PIAs) are signed prior to providing access, as necessary for the program

The Data Manager must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Desired skills
Good leadership skills

Experience with Microsoft Access and Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM)

Experience with collaborative environments (such as SharePoint, Integrated Digital Environment (IDE), and other similar types of environments)

Ability to identify and implement process improvements for better productivity and efficiency

Strong ability to communicate, both verbal and written; ability to describe and author plans (i.e. Data Management Plan)

Team-oriented and ability to collaborate seamlessly with teammates across multiple geographic locations

Ability to occasionally work outside of work schedule hours and on weekends

Familiarity or experience with Cost Account Management (CAM)/Work Package Management (WPM)

Familiarity with Statement of Work (SOW)/contracts, and interpretation of them in order to form a DM Basis of Estimate (BOE) for cost estimates
