Full-time, permanent position available starting immediately.  Looking for a cyber-security policy and identity management subject matter expert with 5+ years of experience in cyber and information security policies, standards, frameworks, government initiatives, best practices, assessments, architectures, and implementations with specific skills and experience in one or more of the following:

PKI, SAML, BAE, HSPD-12, PIV / PIV-I, FICAM, SICAM, NSTIC, GFIPM, NIEF, NIEM, Internet II, XACML, DPM, ABAC/PBAC/RBAC, Open ID Connect, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, ISO 27001/27002

The ideal candidate would be highly motivated and energetic with a MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and would like to work in a cutting-edge research environment. Strong relationships to vendors, standards bodies, government agencies, and initiatives related to federal/state/local/tribal secure information sharing and focus on the national identity and attribute management is a plus. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary.  CISSP, CISA certifications are a plus.

The primary work assignment would be as cyber-security policy and identity management subject matter expert for Government projects and business development. Focus is currently on the secure sharing of information between state, local, and federal agency information systems in the justice and public safety domain.  Each agency is autonomous and has a unique architecture, legacy infrastructure, identity management system, and security policies and procedures. GTRI serves as the principal architect and integrator and provides technical guidance to numerous agencies and contractors.

The project is based in the Centergy Building at 75 Fifth Street NW Atlanta, on the Georgia Tech campus.

Candidate must be a US citizen eligible for a security clearance. A security clearance may be required but is not required at time of application.
