Come join the Cyber Resiliency and Innovative Mission Engineering team! As part of this team, you will work with others researching and applying cutting edge cyber security solutions to protect our nations networks and computer systems from advanced threats.

As a member of our team in the Cyber Resilience and Innovative Mission Engineering Department you are a technical leader focused the rigor and technical quality of products delivered to our customers. We are engaged in applying cyber resiliency frameworks and methods and cyber SA processes and techniques to our sponsors hard problems. As a lead engineer you will apply your analytical skills to tackle the biggest cyber security challenges that the Government faces.

 

Key Function:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Utilize system engineering best practices, to analyze requirements [or derive them if they have not yet been articulated] for designs that are resilient to hi end adversary cyber threats.

  • Contribute to the Department and Tech Center cross-program integration challenges, evaluate or define system architectures, and develop technical ways forward to provide the most cyber resilient capabilities to our users.

  • Use sound engineering principles to perform analysis, modeling and simulation, identify technology insertion opportunities, define and execute hands on prototyping activities, and test in live or lab environments.
 











Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mathematics or similar with Hands on Prototyping experience.

  • Demonstrated team player.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Adversary Driven Cyber Resiliency effects on communications and data systems

  • Understanding integration challenges

  • Possess a collateral SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance and a willingness to be processed for SCI Access
Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS and 3 years related experience.
